Just wanted to let you know how nice it was to be back at the Bullpen for football! As usual the staff was great an did everything they could while being terribly understaffed!
I know it was the first week of football and it is always crazy packed, but for three years it has always been the same!
I am not that big of a drinker, but I usually have more than two or three beers watching football. I only had two or three because it took so long to get another one. This was not by any means a reflection of bad service. When the server could get to us it was fine. The food was rushed out and orders were screwed up all around us while taking forever. Mine was wrong and the rubbery half cooked bacon was gross.
Just don't understand why an extra server or two on days when it is a known to be a packed day ever happens.
Still going to come, just hope it turns around for the rest of football season.

I have reached out to the managers and addressed this issue with them. They are bringing on another person to help run food & drinks as well as an extra manger on site to make sure things are taken care of in case we need an extra hand. Again thank you for your feedback. Cheers
