CHEERFUL TORTOISE – 1939 SW 6th ave (10 blocks away)

BUFFALO BILLS FANS! Due to the city of Portland, the taxes, 33% increase on fees not to mention all the other costs to operate in Multnomah County. We have been broke into 10 times in the last 5 years. We can no longer afford to operate. While the Bullpen has been our home for 17 years, we are moving into a better, bigger location. Change is good.

We will be moving our PDX BILLS PUB Chapter to Cheerful Tortoise on 1939 SW 6th Ave. This location is still downtown, has a parking structure one block away so parking will be easier. Max & street car are one block away. Cheerful Tortoise is larger and can accommodate more bills fans. Same owner! See you September at Cheerful Tortoise. Lets go Buffalo!
